Google Sheets integration not automatically updating new submissions

Hi. I am using Google sheets integration but it only works once it is re-integrated. After that new submissions do not appear at the Sheet.

Please share the file with support@jotform.com. 

The integration will break if you made edits to the sheet. Edit includes hiding or deleting rows and columns, changing the labels on the first row, changing answers directly on the sheet, and moving the sheet to another folder. 

I shared as you asked. Also I did not make any changes to Google sheets file.

I'm sorry, can you share permission to emails form @jotform.com? That would help us if in case of others will get assigned on this thread. I can't view it currently. I can't seem to select it from our email, so the domain permission would surely help. 

It seems that it started working but it missed some submissions.

I've synced your submissions manually. Hopefully, it will continue to work this time. If not, please update this thread so that we can troubleshoot further. 

In submissions that you synced manually there was no data. So I reintegrated. It now show all the data correctly. I just don't know if it will update. I'll let you know.

I just noticed the missing data on the first sheet. Glad that you figured that out by re-integrating. Please let us know if the issue persists. You may consider submitting a test on the form to find that out. 

I don't want to submit tests as this form is live and is being used for registration right now.

Just got another submission and it appeared on Google sheets. Thanks for support.
