I have unauthorized charges on my credit card

    Hi i have noticed unauthorized charges on my credit card, i also found a profile on here i didn't create. please, i need someone to contact me about these charges at

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. But I think there is just a misunderstanding.

    I checked your account/username Blkice  and it under the FREE account.

    It is not on the paid plan so there was no subscription payment related to JotForm.

    It could be possible you were referring instead to payments/charges incurred on your credit card from payment done using a form.

    Please take note that JotForm is just the form service. You must have made payment using the form from one of our subscriber/user who uses the form on their own service.

    You may contact them instead and discuss with them the settlement.

    We can also delete your account with username Blkice if you prefer since it was unintentionally created. We can do this after you confirmed.

    Yes, I know about that profile it's free, but that's why I need to know about the card charges and how it got there and what it for but mainly WHO is fraudulently charging this card, my banks stopped the card so no more charges will be forthcoming after I reported it. I gave no credit card info on the Jotform platform.

    This is correct. Credit card account info and data will not be stored in JotForm due to security and confidentiality reasons. It is the same reason we could not provide you the data/information related to the fraudulent card charges as we actually do not have them.

    Creating JotForm account only requires your email account to register or sign up. It does not require any credit card info.

    The fraudulent charges information on your credit card instead can be check on your credit card account processor(bank).

    Please let us know if there were amount/charges that we have to settle. If you can provide us information that can confirm us liable to refund/settle amount we will check on it.
