Embedded payment form is not submitting.

    Something seems to be going on from your back end, because we are all of a sudden getting a significant amount of customer calls complaining about our payment form not going through, and they are unable to make payment.

    I assume that it should be updated on this site, but the page is not loading. Could you share the exact URL of the page where the form is embedded?

    Also, what error message are your users receiving when they attempt to submit the form? If possible, share a screenshot of it on this forum thread: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

    Since the form is requiring a payment, we won't be able to test it. Can we put your payment field as non-required for a moment just to submit it? Or, can you try to submitting it?
