Is kiosk mode supposed to work offline as well?

    Is kiosk mode supposed to work offline as well? The first form is successfully submitted but then reload fails with the error message "internet disconnected".

    Hi Robert,

    Yes, KIOSK MODE is operational even when offline. But you should have to set the FORM to OFFLINE MODE as well for it to be functional even without an internet connection. Please see this article for more information about how-to-get-work-done-on-the-go-with-offline-forms.

    Hi John, thanks for answering so promptly! I have been testing on an iPad in flight mode, and when form is in offline mode it does say after submitting that results will be uploaded once connected. However when form is supposed to reload (because of kiosk mode) I get error code -1009 "The Internet connection appears to be offline". Could it be a problem specific to iPad?

    Sorry just ignore my previous post, I reinstalled the app (since there was no other way to get back from the error message) and now it works perfectly! Thanks again, Robert
