    No matter how many times I change it it does not use the correct formatting for the theme I selected.

    I added a Custom CSS to the form to remove the background image and color but it is still doing it.

    Hi,

    We apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused. Have you tried already re-ambedding your form code in to your website? If not, can you please give a try and see if that fixed the issue or not.

    Thank you!

    Can you please try to embed the iFrame code to show the updates?

    Hi Christina,

    May I suggest cloning the form and then re-embed the cloned version of the form instead.

    Use this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/27-Form-Cloning

    I was able to see the issue on your form, because the radio option field is not behaving as normal when viewed

    BUT using a cloned version of the form, I was able to fix it.

    Hope this help. Inform us if the issue persist.

    Thanks.

    I did as you said and I am still getting the same error. My other form on the website is working fine.

    Try to inject the following CSS codes to your form.

    body, html {
    background: none !important;
    }

    Let us know if this doesn't help. Thank you!

    @hprcinfo

    Upon looking at your form source code, I noticed some filepicker.io css that's like embedded to your form but they aren't on the form builder. However, when I checked your filepicker.io properties, it displays this.

    Therefore, it's some sort of issues with your filepicker.io settings. To fix that, simply recreate your filepicker.io field. Just delete it and add another filepicker.io field.

    Thanks!
