    Sir my account was suspended from the last night. Kindly reactive my account as can as possible.

    I did check your account and found that it is currently suspended because of the copyright logo you have added in your form "REGISTRATION FORM 2019". Please check the screenshot of the logo:


    Are you authorized and have permission to use this copyright item in forms? Please send us proof that you are authorized to use this logo. 

    Since your Jotform account profile does not show an email address related to it, this is violation of our Terms of Use. You need to change the account profile email address to one that matches the domain with logo, or in order to reactivate the account, we should remove the logos on your forms.
