PayPal Pro invalid configuration error

We have had a few people report errors with this form: https://form.jotform.com/93143854233153

We have other Jotforms that are working properly so I'm not sure what the issue is with this one.

Can you please help me get to the bottom of this?

Here are the errors people have been getting:

    1. I've tried twice to put my lunch order through via the link sent in the email.  I am getting an "Invalid Configuration" message both times?  It says under that this merchant's account is not able to process the order.  Very strange!  Wasn't sure if other vendors were having the same issue.  It's a credit card that is constantly used so it's not the card.

    2. I’ve been trying at various times today to put my order in for a hoagie. It says that the merchants unable to process the transaction. Do you have any suggestions

We do apologize for the inconvenience.

I have tested a cloned version of your form and I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

May we know if your form is embedded to your web page?

I have cleared your form cache.

Kindly test your form again and let us know if the issue still remains.

Thanks for the response. The form isn't embedded on a web page. I sent people the link directly. We will test it this morning. Thanks.

We tested the form ourselves and it worked fine. But the person above & 2 others haven't been able to get it work properly.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form  again and it seems you have configured your PayPal Pro payment integration correctly.

"The merchant's account is not able to process transactions." This error message is usually displayed when you do not have a PayPal business account or there is any limitation with your PayPal Pro account.

I would suggest you to please connect with Paypal support and share the error message with them. They will be able to check your Paypal account to see if there is any problem.

We will wait for your response.

    Hi Richie -

Something about this still doesn't make sense. My coworker was able to do a transaction this morning and I was just able to do one as well. We use Paypal for payments on a few different platforms & aren't having any issues except on this specific Form. And we used Paypal with Jotform in the past and didn't have any issues. The system worked for 15 transactions & now isn't working. Here is the transaction I just did:

In the screenshot you showed us, the transaction was successful, right?

To clarify, your form does not accept submissions or payment now?

Could you let us know if we can send a test submission to the form to test it from our end?

    Looking forward to your response.

I forgot to mention this, is there a way you can add a 0.01$ product so we can do a live test?

Does the issue only persist with this form (93143854233153)?

Yes, we only have this problem on the one form. Yes, I will add a product for .01 right now.

Thanks for adding 0.01$ product, you can remove it now.

The error usually occurs when the PayPal account is not a business or Pro PayPal account.  PayPal Pro integration can only be used with a PayPal Pro or PayPal Business account.  If you do not have either of those, using a regular PayPal field in the form should allow for processing transactions.

This means that you cannot accept credit/debit card payments. You are only allowed to accept payments from PayPal.

    Test using credit/debit card:

    Hope this helps!
