HIPPA compliance and Google DocsAsked by cleemill on April 11, 2013 at 09:11 AM
I have found the JotForm itself is HIPPA compliant, but is there a way to have the information sent to a database on an internal server? We would love to use the Google docs integration, but cloud based solutions like that are not compliant with HIPPA or our University policy. I would like to use what we have built on JotForm but need a way to have that info routed to something internal
Unfortunately, what we can only give assurance is JotForm being a HIPPA compliant, as for the integrations we can also only provide you what we have but cannot give you an assurance for them being a HIPPA compliant. I would suggest you to manually download the submissions made on your forms to be sure, or have an email notification so that a copy of the filed forms will be kept on your email.
