Question about signature

    Hi
I was told by someone that I don’t need to have a signature at the end of each page. I thought I did because each document is considered a legal document. So I removed all the signatures. I thought I would just add a signature widget and then have the signature widget be conditioned so that it populates to all the pages. However, when I open it up on one of the mobile device (iPad) I do not get the box where I can sign the initials. I also wonder if this widget is causing the other issue in my previous email about opening the initial paperwork page and having it go through two blank pages.
    Thank you
    Joyce

Hello Joyce - That's right, you don't need to add a signature to every page of your form. You only need one and you will need to put that in your main/primary form.

Can you please let us know if you are opening the form as an offline mode or online mode?

It will help us provide you with the appropriate workaround/suggestions if you can take a short clip of the problem.

    Hi
I have figured out my other issues and now have a new issue to sort through.
You might want to go look at my form “PHQ” I have set conditions for this form. After completing this form I have the same form “Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire” for different age groups. I set the conditions that if the age was _____ it would be directed to go to one of the appropriate aged forms. I set 3 conditions depending the age in one of the fields. But it didn’t work for me. I don’t know if I set the conditions wrong or it can’t be done. Can you please look at it and see what I did wrong and how to fix it.
    Thank you
    Joyce

I checked this form (83318717439162) and the conditional logic (redirect) seems to be correct.

Do you mind if we send a test submission on the form so we can check if it works as expected or not? You also mentioned that you set three condition for age, but I only see two conditions. Were you able to resolve the issue?

Thank you for the help. I have figured it all out.
However, I am wondering another thing. The forms I have created could take a while to complete. How can they save it and come back later?

There's two option to save the filled forms and continue later.

    First:
Enable autofill in your form, it will save the filled data to their local browser storage until the form is submitted.

    Guide: How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms

    Second:
You can set up a save and continue feature on your form, for more details, please refer to the guide below.
