Error when downloading the attachments.

    Hi my mp3 file and word file fields on form is not working. Can u make sure why these are not working? I can not be able to download the files that i am getting in my forms. I have attached screen shot when someone submits files in my form, i can not get them.

    Please help

    This is happening because you have the option enabled in your privacy settings https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    Please uncheck the option so you can download the uploaded files.
