As a follow up to my clients not being able to enter their credit card details and the form then making them go back and restart - here's a screenshot of the only error message the client has received.
There should not be any charge going through either - there's just a dummy 1c product.

May we know which form you are referring to? Which payment integration have you added that is showing this error?

Hi there
It's my new clients form and it isn't effecting all clients either as one went through yesterday .
Its integrated with Stripe.

Hi Nataloe,
I have checked your form and I can see that Stripe is successfully integrated into your account. To clarify, there's only one respondent that is affected correct? If so, kindly try to advise the respondent to use a different card or to process the payment or use a different device. Then let us know how does it go.
