Unable to open my JotForm account

Hi, I just signed up today and started to create a form using a template you provided. when I go to login it says login-failed SUSPENDED. Please advise.

Hi, I checked your account and it is in good status. Your account (Jrocha1976) is not suspended. 

I also open your form and it is working fine on my end.

Please try using a different internet browser and see if that will work. Thank you.
