CC authorization Form

    Hi there, 

     

    I have been trying to build a credit card authorization form on your site. Your support team emailed me saying you were not allowed to do credit card info collecting anymore. 

     

    I think one of my affiliate company has been using your service for the same purpose. I am attaching their page along with the web address. We just want to build the same form for our new customers.

    Please let me know how can you help me with this?

    Thank you for writing to Jotform support.

    I have checked the URL that you have provided and I can see that the form that you are referring to is directly created using html by client. The one that you are referring to is created using Jotform.

    They have used Jotform at some different place. When you will go to Contact us >> Online Authorization Form, that is a Jotform. But the one that you are referring to is not the one created using our site.
