caching user ID on on phone

Hello, I want to use a single form to be filled by multiple users repeatedly on multiple phones. Is there a way of caching the user info/Id on the mobile device so that when he /she need to fill the form again they won't have to login?

Unfortunately there isn't any widget or component that exists in JotForm to catch users' phone ID or information. Although JotForm doesn't provide user login credentials.
