iFrame embedding error 400 bad request

Hello I tried to embed this simple page in my jotform iframe widget window. I whitelisted every host of jotform and it's widgets that I could find for the original site. 

I also experimented with the iframe code but it always gives me a 400 - Bad Request Nginx error. 

You can see the form here (2nd question is the iframe window). When examining the code I saw an error message from kaspersky (see here) which I'm not sure of if it is from your server side or the original site (pollunit.com). Thanks for the help
