Can we still access the forms and submissions after downgrading?

after downgrading from our current package to starter/ free plan, can we still access the forms (and the corresponding stored information) we created and collected before?

Hello Winnie - Each plan has its limitations and the free plan currently allows you to only have 5 active forms and 500 submissions storage.

Please note that old submissions will be automatically deleted to give way for new submissions. You can restore deleted submissions when you upgrade your plan to higher-tier plans. As for forms, forms will not be deleted, some of your forms will be disabled and you cannot view them.

I Just would like to clarify one point:
am I right that after the500th submission, old submissions will be
automatically and *temporarily* deleted when there will be new submissions
coming in, however when we will upgrade to higher tier package later , we
can still restore and access those temporarily deleted submissions ?

Yes, you will be able to access temporarily deleted submissions once your account has been upgraded to any plans. If submissions do not return automatically, just let us know and we will restore the submissions manually.

pardon us for one more follow up question.
Knowing that maximum storage in terms of submission will be 500
submissions, how about the number of active forms that we can keep after we
downgrade from our current package to starter?
our case is that we have around 20 forms that are having very very very
little activities, but technically they should be in active statues. Would
you please advice it will fit our needs if we temporarily downgrade our
package to "starter" until we need higher tier package again in the future?

Your forms will remain active and usable for as long as you keep them on your My Forms page. We kept forms on downgraded accounts, and we do not delete the excess ones — no need to change any settings.

Please note that if you archive or delete one of those forms, it won't be possible to restore or unarchive them since you are in the FREE plan.
