Hello, I'm the manager of a leading company in my city. In order to use your services properly from smartphones,to my collaborators,I need the language of the system on Italian, but I see that it is not.I will have to abandon the project with you,if I will not solve the problem soon. I'd really hate it, given the good work you've done. Honestly, thank you for your attention!..........Just a few examples.

May we know the JotForm Mobile app version you're using?

May we know also the mobile device?

I have tested my phone with the latest version of the mobile form app and it seems the language works however, it will only translate some of the words.

Kindly try to update your Mobile Form app to the latest version and let us know how it goes.

Version already updated,as seen from my screens. S9 plus Samsung my device. It seems that the language works, but it will translate only some of the words,it seems to me an evasive and unprofessional answer. I think I'm just wasting my time! A pity....

We do apologize for the inconvenience.

I have forwarded a feature request to our developers to translate all the text to the language selected in the settings.

Please do note that we cannot give an ETA when this feature will be passed or will be implemented however, we will keep you posted via this thread.

For the time being, you may try to edit the form in the web browser.

Thank you for the answer, but my request is to be understood only for the native mobile application system. For the web, it is evident that I have set the Italian language by default...... Waiting.......
