How long is the approval process for a JotForm app?

    Hi!

    My development team has made two apps on JotForm that have been pending approval and I was wondering how long that process is?

    I've tried contacting api@jotform.com for assistance from as far back as Oct. 2nd. I was wondering if I could get some assistance.

    Hi Welvin - thank you for the quick reply here. Was wondering if you had any updates? Do you need the two app ids for the applications that are still awaiting approval?

    Hello Scott,

    I'm sorry, but I can only see the ticket assigned to our maintenance team. If there's an update, it's our backend team that would notify you here. I'll follow up with your approval. We'll keep you posted.

    Hi Welvin - I still haven't heard from api@jotform.com. As I mentioned, I had reached out about my two apps being stuck in "pending approval" since before October 2nd.

    If there are changes needed to the app, I would be happy to relay that to my engineering team, but since I haven't heard anything, I'm not sure if there are any changes needed.

    Any help here?
