100 Submissions an 10 SSL Secure SubmissionsAsked by Jaime Amores on April 11, 2013 at 06:59 PM
1- What are SSL Secure Submissions?
2- I understand that these are the monthly limits for submissions in the free acount. When my form reaches the 100 submissions in a month, what happens to the next ones? Does it still send the notifications but does not keep record in the form statistics?
"1- What are SSL Secure Submissions?"
We allow customers to embed a form using our SSL servers in order to get encrypted data through secure submissions . This means the information that flows between two points is encrypted using a asymmetric algorithm. We use a 256-bit Godaddy SSL Certificate. Here is what they say about the security in their FAQ:
What Is the Encryption Strength of Your SSL Certificates?
All of our SSL certificates support high-grade 256-bit encryption.
The actual encryption strength on a secure connection using a digital certificate is determined by the level of encryption supported by the user's browser and the server that the website resides on. For example, the combination of a Firefox browser and an Apache Web server normally enables up to 256-bit AES encryption with our SSL certificates. This means that depending on the Web browser and Web server that combine to establish the secure connection through one of our SSL certificates, the encryption strength of the secure connection may be 40, 56, 128, or 256 bit.
Your free account limit is s 100 non SSL submissions and 10 SSL , this means that whichever max out first will prevent your account to receive more submissions until next month. If you embed the form using the non SSL version, you'll have 100 submissions in a month. But if you choose to embed the form using the SSL version , you'll have only 10 SSL submissions limit

Whenever one of your forms reaches the limit, your free account will get disable, this means that your form(s) will be unavailable in your site until next month, because the entire account has been disabled.
