radio form part

Is there anyway I can remove the row names for the radio button scale? 

Can you please provide us with clear details.

I checked on your form, but I did not find Single Choice (Radio option) field on the form beside the one used in the Input Table field.

I noted that you have omitted the Row options on the Input Table so there is no Row element data.

I understand there is no Spread column property option of Single Choice field in Card Form, but there is in Classic form layout. You may consider also changing the Form Layout if the design of the radio option is an important aspect of your form.
