If that is correct, I assume that you are referring to the Google Sheets integration:

We have now pushed the missing submission to the integrated sheet. If the issue persists, the only option would be removing the integration, and setting up a new one: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Forms-with-Google-Sheets

Please note that making changes(such as renaming, deleting or adding columns) in the integrated sheet would break the integration.
