Unable to save the data using the session method

Hi, I have built two related forms: the first one is a simple version that is actually just a request to receive a link to get access to the actual form. This was done in order to get the people able to save their data.

Does this mean i necessarly have to activate the option of "unique submission" in the parameters?

2 subscribers lost their data while filling their form...

Are you trying to use the session method of saving the data in the form? The link which you have shared is the second Form?

Please be noted that this feature requires should have the "Page Break" field. The data is saved only on the click of the next button. I have noticed the above Form link does not have a page break so it will not save the data.
