Strings for webhook is not working 100%

I have a condition to redirect the thank you page to a specific url (which is the same Jotform that supposed to auto populate the fields using webhooks) The problem is, it only transfers the first 30%. Is there a limit of no. of strings that can be placed? What could be causing this problem? Any help is appreciated. 

i have tried using a different browser, cleaning up the cache and history, even on incognito mode. the strings have been triple checked. Thank you

Did you recently edit your form adding or removing fields?

If yes, please try re-integrating WebHook to your form by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/245-How-to-Setup-a-Webhook-with-JotForm

After that, please let us know how it goes. Thank you.

I am doing it in a different way. I have done this in the past but not as big as this one. (665 strings) Please see screen shot below. Please advise accordingly. Thanks

And if it helps, some fields in 2nd driver section doesn't transfer, and everything after 4th driver section, doesn't transfer. (highlighted in yellow)

It stops after the driver 4 section, after this field (Good Student (Discount) (4th driver)) none transfers anymore, theres also partial fields that doesn't transfer in the earlier sections. looking forward to your response. thank you.

I have researched further and noticed that there are limitations to the character limit of the URL.

So that is the reason when the Form is redirected it gets trimmed off based on the character limitation.

Hi, Again I appreciate your help. However I have more concerns, please help me understand, if the browser caused the problem per the limit mentioned, then why does it stop at the same fields on every browser tried on. (edge,ie,chrome). We have also tried removing the strings of the first sections to lessen the length of the url but still it stops on the same area. (after driver 4) We have done this successfully before on our other forms not as big as this though, but not as short as the parts that working for this form right now.
