We are geting the Unknown Column Key error with Spreadsheet to Form widget

Hi, we are geting the "Unknown Column Key" error now, November 18, 2019. I have over 52K submissions in this form, i need it desperately to continue functioning!

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced a temporary issue with the Spreadsheet to form widget which was related to file uploaded with a space in the file name. However, the issue should be fixed by now and working normally. Please check again and let us know if you still notice any issue with the widget. We will be happy to take a look again.
