How to get the current page where the form is embedded? (easy, no-code solution)

Asked by fradem on April 12, 2013 at 09:14 AM

I have a form embedded in diferent pages. When I received an email from a form submission, I need to know the page where that form was. Is there an easy way to achieve that?

Could you have a specific field for that that I could just drag in to the form and make it invisible?

Or maybe include that informacion in the form submissions as you do with the IP?
