You can do this by using Source Embed code and downloading Jotform.JS script file.

After downloading the zip file. Extract the zip file and look for the file called Jotform.JS  and edit it( you can use notepad / notepad++ to edit .js files).  Inside Jotform.JS file, look for the word 'This field is required' and replace it with your preferred text.

Upload the Jotform.JS to your server/ file hosting server and edit the Source embed script tag from

    <script src="//cdn.jotfor.ms/static/jotform.js?3.1.144" type="text/javascript"></script> to

    <script src="url where you uploaded the jotform.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

If you are using a form direct link, it will be not possible to change it.

Actually, you can translate the form's warnings within your form

    1. On your form, Click Setup & Embed and then Preferences. When the window pops up, go to the Advanced Settings tab and click Edit Form Warnings:

    Edit form warnings button

    2. Click the message you wish to change. (A scrollbar appears when your mouse is hovered over the messages, indicating the presence of additional ones).

    Popup to edit form warnings
    3. Click the message you wish to change:

How to edit a form warning
    4. If there are no other changes you wish to make to the preferences, close the popup:

    Close form preferences
