They used to come to us but they haven't been for the last several weeks. Is this a problem with the system or do I need to update something?
We do rescue dog adoptions and we have been hearing from people that we aren't responding to their applications.

Can you please share a submission ID in which you did not receive any notification email?

I have checked your mail logs and it seems the notification emails are sent.

I cannot see any submission ID I followed your link and did the sequence described. Only the date and time comes up

You can find the Submission ID when you clicked the "gear" button found at the upper right side of the Submissions page and checked the ID field:
