Is it possible to create an excel spreadsheet with entry's from a JotForm Template?

Is it possible to create an excel spreadsheet with entry's from a JotForm Template? Heres an example: We would like to send our staff a survey with contact information input and then after be able to generate an excel spreadsheet with all entry. hope this makes since! 

Yes, it is possible. You can download the entries/submissions from your Form Submission page as an Excel file: How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF 

You can also create an excel report from the submissions: How-to-Create-an-Excel-Report 

There is yet another option where you can integrate your form with Google sheets. So once the form is submitted, the submissions will also be sent to your Google sheets - How-to-Integrate-Forms-with-Google-Sheets
