Unable to login to account: "Login failed-deleted" error message

    Upon trying to use a form today, I received a message stating "Form not found" and "This form is disabled".

    We access our forms via an embedded page in Microsoft Teams. When I attempted to login to the JotForm account, I received a message "Login failed - DELETED". I can only assume this means that the account has been deleted, but at no point did I ever request an account deletion.

    Was the account deleted? Is there a way we can recover it?

    I have noticed that the account was deactivated. I have reactivated it once again. Please let us know if you experience any further issues.
