Account Deleted - Unable to log in to the account

    I am trying to log in through the desktop. I have tried it on several browsers. When I push the green button, nothing happens. I have clients calling me because their forms are going offline. I am a paid member. My username is webshack. Here are a few examples of forms that are offline:

    The webshack account is currently scheduled for deletion. Is this account accessed by multiple people? Is there any way that someone with the account access initiated the account deletion?

    Absolutely not. Have been with you guys for years and I am the only one with access to the account.

    I have tried to restore the account, and also escalated a ticket to our next level support. So we will let you know if we have any more information.

    You may also want to change your account password from the account profile, or reset it through email.

    Thank you Mike. I do see the forms coming back online but still unable to login to the account and get no response when I put in my email address in the forgot password request. Once I get access back to the account I will update the password. Look forward to hearing the resolution on getting back into the account. Thank you for all of your help thus far.

    I have the exact same issue.  When I attempt to log in it tells me Deleted and I did not do this willingly.  I’ve submitted requests but did not receive a response yet so I’m posting here in hopes someone will see it and be able to help me.  I’ve also been a paying member for years.
