Getting this error message when I try to reset password no email is being sent to me.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your account "surfshack" and did not find any issue with that. Your account is active and you should be able to sign in to your JotForm account without any problem.
Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
