Phone and email verification

Hello, is it possible to verify the email and phone number when submitting? (just in time) 
- I mean not by verification code sent to their email or phone but "real-time" verification through some software like Loqate for example.

I did check Loqate and it seems to be primarily used for address verification. 

To validate email and phone numbers, here are the only options available to validate them:

E-mail Validator

XVerify Email

SMS Confirmation
