"old" PDF Editor Spacing/Layout Messed Up

I would like to know why on earth the older version of PDF editor is suddenly set up with different spacing on the width of the page than it had before, and how I can get the old spacing back.

I went into the editor this morning and made a single change (deleting a header that was no longer needed), saved it and got out. Big Mistake, because now all of the service reports that may company has standardized on in 6 different shops across the country are now completely jacked up. I tried making some adjustments some of the fields to make things work, but that was a waste of time because most of the fields did not just just change size, they also shifted positions in the form.

After wasting a significant amount of time trying to adjust things, I figured the first thing that "technical support" would tell me to do is reset the format on the entire form and start over, but that turned out to be an even bigger mistake. Almost EVERYTHING is out of place now. Fields that were previously laid out in order (ie Picture 1, Picture 2, Picture 3...Picture 39, Picture 40) are now totally out of order (ie 2, 3, 22, 5, 17, 39, etc.).

I checked the PDF template for this form from our side and it appeared fine.

Can you please try to use different browser and test again?

If the issue still persists, please try also the incognito mode (Ctrl+Shift+N).

Please try to apply the above simple fixes and let us know how it goes.

We will wait for your response.

It is NOT fine. The pdf layout has always been 14 blocks wide, which allowed me to have a pair of pictures 4 blocks wide each, with labels that were 3 blocks wide. The format worked awesomely, and we decided to standardize on it across the board at all of our shops. Out of nowhere, the pdf layout is now only 13 blocks wide instead of 14. Below right shows what it should look like (label, picture, label, picture, all on one row), below left shows what the pdf editor will let me do today.
This problem is not localized to just one of my reports. It is impacting all of them. Also, this pdf issue is not just impacting me, but my co-workers with totally separate accounts. At some point during the last month or so, the width in the JotForm pdf layout was decreased slightly, and now all 19 of my forms are being impacted on one of my accounts, as well as all 25 forms on my second account, and both forms on my coworkers account. PLEASE CHANGE THE PDF EDITOR WIDTH BACK TO THE WAY THAT IT WAS.

Have you considered to switch to the new PDF editor?

It will give you a greater control over the PDF template. You will be able to choose from different page sizes and orientation.

You can create a new PDF document in the new editor and customize it as you need.

Let us know, if it will work for you.
