How can you change the PDF format the completed form gets sent?

    How can you change the PDF format the completed form gets sent?  I have had two different PDF layouts sent when a form is completed and I like one way better than the other.  I have tried to attached a picture of it but it will not let me.  We want the layout/view without the gray boxes (going to assume that's the standard PDF payout).  Any help is greatly appreciated.

    To my understanding, you are referring to the PDF Submission attached to the email notification being sent every time your form gets successfully submitted.

    To update the PDF Submission, you need to go to the PDF Editor page of your form.

    To easily do that, please see the instructions shown in the screenshot below.

    Ok I have done that and selected the form that I want but when I "test" and submit it I am still seeing the old PDF view which is no longer an option.  Is there a delay in the system or should it show right away?

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Can you try reloading the form builder page of your form and check the PDF that is available to be attached to your email alerts, please?

    May we also ask that you share with us a screenshot of the PDF that you are receiving, please?

    After you have selected the correct PDF Document in the email notification, please do not forget to click the "Save" button of the email notification.

    Can you try downloading the PDF Submission of the latest submission made to your form on the PDF editor page, please?

    Will not let me download and just tested another and still seeing the wrong PDF.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Can you tell us where did you download the PDF submission where it still showing that it is in the old PDF format, please?

    Are you downloading it from an old email notification you received before making the recent update to the PDF Submission of your form?

    Also, to my understanding, you are trying to download the PDF Submission on the PDF Editor page but it is not letting you download it. Was there any error message? Can you try doing it again, this time, with your browser console opened, please?

    The PDF downloader is still not letting me download the PDF.  The PDF did update to the right format for a few of our forms but the 7G and OT submission forms I made, when the email comes through that a submission has been completed the PDF attached to the email is the old version with the gray boxes that we do not want and is no longer an option for that form.  So sorry to be such a bother but its important that we can get this corrected.

    I have tested the issue you are reporting on a cloned version of your 7G Submission Form but I was not able to reproduce it.

    Can you try creating a new PDF Document on the PDF Editor page of your form and delete the old one, please? After that, select the new PDF Document as the attached PDF in the email notification of your form.
