I certainly won't pay for the premium service until I'm confident that you have your act together.
I'm afraid I just wasted a 14 hour day reviewing and testing your product for nothing... I've been accused of PHISHING!
We're creating polls, for crying out loud. We don't ask for ANY information from participants whatsoever. NOTHING!

First off, apologize for the inconveniences this may have caused. It was a mistake made by our system automatic Phishing Filter. Unfortunately, all new forms will undergo checking and if our system filter finds your form suspicious, auto suspension will happen.
All you have to do is to contact us and we assure you that we will fix it right away.
In addition, free account will undergo automatic review. If you will subscribe to our Paid Plan, all your forms will undergo Manual Review (by our human Form Reviewers). If we will find suspicious on your form, we will inform you about, we suggest and let you correct that.
I hope that you will understand our side. We have a thousands of user forms to monitor, our strict implementation of this matter is highly needed to avoid future problems.

By the way, I forgot to mention that I have re-activated your account and whitelisted your forms. Whitelisting forms simply means that our system will exclude your forms for automatic checking. Although, this will not be applied if you will create new forms.
