We recently upgraded to Jotform Premium wih a yearly subscription and have noticed that our secure submissions have not increased.

    We should be reaching out maximum capacity soon. Is there a time when we should be expecting to have access to our subscription benefits?

    Your account is now upgraded. For some reason your username has a space in it on the upgrade form. It should be "ProductionServices", not "Production Services".
