    Hi,

I love this form tool however I recently connected Google Calendar and when I test it, it's making 2 bookings when it sends to my calendar and it's 5 hours early.

    Any ideas?

    Hi!

I have cloned your form for testing and the integration seems to work correctly on my end. The date/time passed to calendar is the same as entered by a user, please see:

Was your form connected to PayPal when you tested? It may be possible that payment integration was not configured, so the form generated duplicates. You may either set PayPal integration to sandbox mode or test by completing payment to see how it works.

Please let us know how it goes for you.

    Hi Victoria,

We are using Paypal and I've sent payments through. The configuration seems set up correctly. I've tested in sandbox mode as well. It's still creating two appointments and booking 5 hours earlier.

    Hi,

I figured out the timing issue. That was a paypal issue. The last remaining issue is that it's creating two duplicate appointments at the same time.

Ok thank you Kevin. Something else worth noting. It seems the calendar integration broke for us completely. 1574451129Incomplete Values 11-22-2019 2

I kept getting these kind of errors for most of the forms after paying. The payment would go through but then the email from Jotform would be blocked and the appointment would not be added to the calendar.

I removed the integration, no longer got the above error and the emails are sending again. Note, I only get this error after going through the paypal transaction and then pressing to return to the seller.

Thank you for the details, upon performing a new test, I can get the same error, please kindly allow me some time to keep testing and investigating what may be causing this.

I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Apologies for the delay on my response.

I have been performing some tests with a cloned form of yours and was able to replicate the same issue, upon testing with a new form I can replicate the same too, this seems like a conflict with different features present on the form:

    - If PayPal Standard is configured.

    - If there are required fields.

    - If Google Calendar is configured.

I will be reporting this to our second level so our developers can have a look on this, we will keep you updated via this thread.
