    Dear Team -

    I opted for JotForm support for a month only. may i know the amount is deducted for the second month with out my notice. 

     

    Please revert my amount to account ASAP.

    Hello Senthil - Please note that subscriptions are set to auto-renew. Also, you can upgrade or downgrade your account anytime by  following this guide: How-to-Cancel-a-Subscription-and-Downgrade-Back-to-Free

    Do you want to cancel your current subscription (silver monthly) and refund the last payment?

    Please confirm, so we can proceed with your request.

    Your account is now on a free subscription and the amount paid for Silver Monthly plan renewal has already been refunded.
