j'ai toujours mon probleme de lien avec ma dropbox qui ne marche plus
J'ai enlevé l'intergration puis je l'ai réactivée, suite à vos conseils.
Mais ca ne marche toujours pas.

I've check your form and even cloned it to see if what's causing the issue to happen, all I can see that might causing this to happen is the Free Text HTML Field contents to the form. You have copied them from other source then pasted to the field, after checking them, it has a few codes which is unsupported by the field.
I suggest you to clean your form. Paste the contents to the field as "Plain Text" and use the existing Free Text HTML field formatting tools.
After that, re-integrate your form to Dropbox.
