I'm sending an eCard that's simply a JPEG hyperlinked to a YouTube video and Jotform - see below. I'd like to know, however, is there a way to actually open a lightbox in the email when users click on the JPEG instead? I could send the eCard as an html webpage instead of a JPEG if that helps.

    Hi,

Sorry but JotForm lightbox can't be used on emails. They need to be executed on the browsers in order for it to work. My suggestion would be to embed your lightbox form on your site and set it's paramater to auto-open the lightbox once the user visits the page. After that, link your eCard image to this page, so whenever they click the eCard link the lightbox form will auto-open on the page.

Let us know if you have further questions. Thank you!
