How can I restore old form that are not in my files?

I had a subscription, but I had it expired and I lost all my form I had.  Can I reinstate my account and get my forms?

It looks like the form you are looking for is in the archive folder, kindly check my screenshot below.

Please unarchive the form so that it appears in your my forms section and you can use it again.

I looked and did not see anything.  If you find them, can re please re-instate the forms.  Thank you

The forms were created in 2018 not 2019

It seems you were able to restore the form I showed in my screenshot. Also, I checked your account history logs and there's no form made in 2018, please see my screenshot below.

You can check it on your end as well by following this guide: How-to-View-Your-Account-Activity-Logs

Ok, maybe it was 2017.  I am not able to see anything.  I do see something's from 2019, but they were evidently created when I was looking for my forms.  I had sent to  my wife a while back and she sent it  back to me.  This is what I am looking for, but I do not know how to put it back on my app
