Why are we having issues viewing attachments?

    Hello, this is my second request for updates on why the attachments are clients are uploading or not visible on our end. My original request was not replied to and I am concerned that job form does not align with our needs. Would you kindly advise why we are having issues with viewing attachments on all of our job form client input forms?

    Could you let us know which form you are referring to? I checked your account and could the see the Landscape Application form and the Estimate Request form collecting uploads. 

    Are you trying to view the uploads from the Form submission page or directly from the email?

    If you are trying to view the uploaded attachment from the email, then you are not able to view them because of the below privacy setting in your account:
