Does the person filling out the form get an error message, do I get an error message, both or neither?
I plan to avoid this situation by upgrading when the time approaches, but I'd like to understand what occurs, please.

An email warning before, (or such) would be brilliant. Doesn't seem to be any infomation on this anywhere.

If you are near to reach your submission limits, you'll be notified through email. You will be ask to either Upgrade your account or wait for the next for the counter resets(first day of the month). And once your account already reach submission limits, your form will be temporarily disabled where your customers can't use your form to submit there entry.
