    Hello!

I signed up for a free JotForm account the other day and began making my first form. I spent a lot of time on it today and when it was ready to go, I attempted to Publish. It wouldn't publish and said the form wasn't enabled. I went back into the form settings to enable - it was already - and still wouldn't publish. So I browsed my account settings to figure out what was wrong. I tried to adjust a couple things and JotForm then logged me out completely. When I tried to log back in, I got an error message that said "Login Failed - Account SUSPENDED."

I need to get that form up and running ASAP...what do I need to do to get into my account??

    Thank you!

Upon review of your account was found suspended.

Since forms are created everyday for phishing activities such as: stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, child pornography, banking information, etc; our Phishing Detector Tool automatically suspends forms that may contain words related to such activities.

I have inspected your forms and found no guilty fields, so I have activated your account, we apologize for the inconveniences this may have caused you.

You may continue developing your forms according to our Terms of Use.

    Thank you.
