I need clarification on the number of payments that come with each plan.

I need clarification on the number of payments that come with each plan.  For example, the Silver Package states that you receive 1000 payments.  See a snippet below:

What does that mean?  Is that a 1000 payments/ month or over the life of the subscription fee which is 1 year?

The submissions payment is monthly. The counter resets the first day of each month. So, in total, you can receive up to 10,000 submissions, and 1,000 can be payment submissions.
