Email Autoresponder Formatting Errors

I have a custom email reply setup to send whenever someone submits a form, but it doesn't look anything like the original setup when I tested it.

    Regular, original setup in jotform:

This is what I get in my inbox:

This is terrible-looking, extremely unprofessional and hard to read. How do I fix this issue that shouldn't be happening in the first place?

With your permission, we will be glad to fix the issue with the format of the email autoresponder content in your form and also the format of the Thank-You page.

Or, if you want, you can also just create a clone of this cloned version of your form, which I have already fixed, to your account — https://form.jotform.com/93274759280972

If you can fix it, please go ahead... I would greatly appreciate it! Having a new form means involving getting more people to get it connected and posted again; I'd rather avoid that.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I added a new Autoresponder Email to your form. Please update it and check if everything is okay. After that, you can delete the old Autoresponder email.

    I hope this helps.

I copied/pasted the information to the new Autoresponder Email, and sent a test email. Nothing changed; it still looks like the original image I previously provided.

    It still doesn't work properly.

May we know what device you're using? Also, what screen resolution settings you have?

We'll wait for your reply. Thank you.
