How do I clone a PDF from within the PDF editor?

Hi,
There's no way to clone a PDF. But, you may clone the whole form and PDF template will be cloned along. Or did you mean that you need to clone a PDF from one form to the other existing form? In this case, you may save PDF as template and then load it in your other form.

I have a question in the beginning of my form which notifies the system through conditional logic weither to use one PDF or another.
Just did not want to rebuild the first pdf because it is 45 pages and just a couple of lines in it are different from the first one.

Have you tried my colleague's suggestion to clone the form? Or, do you need the PDF on the same form? You can duplicate the PDF document in the PDF editor. However, I see you've switched to old. You cannot duplicate PDF document on the old PDF editor.
In the new PDF editor, the duplicate option is visible when you click the 3-dots at the file name, see below:
