Purchased plan is not taking effect

    Hi 


    I purchased a bronze upgrade this morning after being advised that i was close to reaching my limit , my main email address is 19smudger56@gmail.com  , however it appears i have an alternate email address in the system my work email fd@hobartzebras.com in which the the notification was received.

    I have just been advised my limit has been reached 100 and my purchase of bronze doesn't appear to have been successful although i have received receipt - it could be that i haven't got the jot form linked or set up in main email address? just a thought 

    can you assist

    The 19smudger56 account is already in the bronze plan and the email associated with it is 19smudger56@gmail.com.

    Please try to login to your account and see if the subscription is now displayed on your end.
