Hello Jotform Staff member,
Thank you for your time today.
I have a membership form set up and people have the option of paying by credit card with stripe. I would now like this set up so the member pays the credit card transaction fees. They will also have the option to pay for their membership by paying their fee directly into our bank account if they do not wish to use their credit card.
I look foward to hearing from you.
Regards
Helen

Hi Helen,
May we know what type of fee do you want to charge in your payment form? If you want to charge Tax or shipping fees, please check these guides:
How-to-Add-Shipping-Cost-to-Payment-Forms
How-to-Add-Tax-to-Your-Payment-Form
They will also have the option to pay for their membership by paying their fees directly into our bank account if they do not wish to use their credit card.
I think you can use PURCHASE ORDER for this however, you can only use one payment integration in the form. So a workaround for that is to manually compute for the TOTAL fees outside the payment field and then provide an option on how can the user make a payment.
I will provide a demo form you to better illustrate this idea. Let me have some more time to build the form and get back to you on this thread once done.

Hi again,
I assumed that this is the form you are referring to: https://www.jotform.com/92478845132868, so I cloned and used it instead as the demo form.
I can see that you already added a Multiple Choice field that asks what payment method does the user wants. I have added conditions to it that dynamically shows a specific field based on the choice selected:
Here are the conditions:
This condition shows the STRIPE payment field when the user selected "Stripe" from the payment options field.
As you can see in this condition, I added a Single Choice field named "Please choose your membership type" which is identical to the STRIPE field. This mimics the said field but will not process any payment.
I have assigned calculation values to each of the options, so when the user selects one, it will return a corresponding value:
I then edited the TEXT FIELD below and added the TOTAL amount which maps the value of the selected option:
Now, here's the demo form for you to try:
