Submit button not showing

    Hi,

    We created a form including the submit button but it's not showing in the form. Unsure what's the issue.

    The Submit button is placed within the User Three section collapse field which is why not being displayed on the form due to the conditions. I have now added a new Section collapse field to your form before the Submit button with the following options.
